Looking Back on CARS Events and Educator Feedback

Our learning platform is now live!
May 2026
May offered an opportunity to look back on the CARS Project EU's multiplier events and the connections made with the wider educational community. With events held across Malta, Cyprus, and Spain, attention turned to the feedback received and to sharing moments that captured the project's approach in practice.
A reel shared on our social media this month revisited the second Maltese multiplier event, held at the Directorate of Digital Literacy and Transversal Skills on 24 March. The session explored how Augmented Reality can support language learning by helping children become active creators of their own stories through digital tools.
The reel offers another opportunity to revisit this exchange of ideas and introduce the CARS approach to those who could not attend. It also brings us back to a central part of the project: supporting teachers as they create opportunities for children to combine language, imagination, and digital content creation.
Watch the highlights from our second Malta multiplier event.
The combined event feedback reviewed in May included 101 questionnaire responses. Respondents gave an average overall satisfaction rating of 9.26 out of 10 and rated the relevance of the content at 9.27 out of 10. Their reported insight into using AR for story creation received an average rating of 9.13 out of 10.
These responses provide an encouraging picture of how participants received the dissemination programme. They also underline the value of sharing project experiences in a way that connects educational ideas with the practical interests of teachers and other stakeholders.
By May, analysis of the earlier classroom research had been completed. Work towards the guidelines remained a priority, bringing that research into a form intended to support wider use of AR storytelling in schools.
Thank you to everyone who attended, contributed to the discussions, or shared their feedback. As CARS approaches its final months, these connections help carry its work to a wider audience.
